the carpet was so dirty and stained, i was shocked it was allowed in a hotel. the shower curtain had mildew, but i guess dirty is in style now? also, i was denied a lovely room upgrade that i absolutely deserved, which could’ve made my stay almost pleasant. just couldn’t even give it a good review.

I stayed in a King Room, Non-Smoking for 3 nights. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, providing a refreshing experience every morning. The lobby area had a cute vibe

the hotel has a nice lobby area. Our king room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast featured hot options like scrambled eggs, which was a pleasant surprise. However, cleanliness could use some improvement, as we found food items under the bed.

Rooms could benefit from a thorough cleaning!!! Stains and odors in rooms were off-putting, making it hard to feel at ease. Facilities seem run-down, losing their appealing edge over time.

The staff made our stay enjoyable, and it was conveniently close to Cobb-Parr Park, where we enjoyed some outdoor time. With 5 adult kids, we appreciated the spacious queen room, and overall cleanliness was up to our expectations....

The bed felt comfortable right from the start. Heat in the room worked well, keeping the space cozy during the chilly nights. Encountered some issues, though. The room wasn’t as clean as expected. walls had odd stains, and the shower curtain had some mildew. Additionally, I had trouble with the TV and ended up having to switch rooms. The second room also had cleanliness concerns, and its smell was quite unpleasant. I appreciated having a king suite layout with a full-sized refrigerator and gas stove, but overall, wouldn’t call this a pleasant place to stay. Staff were nice, helping with our requests, but clearly, housekeeping needs to step up their game.

It is a cozy establishment with clean, fresh-smelling rooms and a diverse continental breakfast offering, and nearby dining options make it a convenient choice.

Amenities like a fridge and microwave in the room were a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness was mostly on point, though a few minor lapses occurred during our stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful, making for a generally comfortable visit.

Amazing place with excellent wi-fi, free parking, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a great experience! I’m returning for a business trip....
